Leopold Reif is a German Educationalist (MScEd) and has been engaged in eLearning for more than 25 years, be it in:

• research programs of the European Commission;
• product development in large corporations like Deutsche Telekom;
• or in building eLearning capacities in Africa and Asia as part of German Development Cooperation.

Currently Leopold is engaged in the roll-out of large scale mobile multiplaying knowledge tournaments for health education with embedded analytics, such as the Pan-African “Contest against Corona”. In the course of such endeavors knowledge and attitude development is measured precisely by Analytics. This will eventually create a network of national Digital Health Literacy Observatories as an information service for Ministries, Governements and international organizations for interventions based on facts.

As a project partner in research projects of the European Commission and the German Ministry of Education and Research, Leopold implements a gamified learning and impact measuring platform to be applied, tested and further refined for corporate social learning networks and international cooperation programs.

Leopold is also a partner in the German software company SNTL Publishing and a member of the Strategic Partnership Technology in Africa of the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development.
