Bita Diomandé is a venture builder and management consultant. Her focus is on developing strategy and implementing operational strategy for organizations ranging from start-ups, SMEs, to nonprofits.

Bita specializes in go-to-market strategy, organizational design, procurement and accounting operational procedures, and capacity development.

Bita started her career in international development, implementing large scale projects in Asia and Africa and has gone on to launch multiple businesses.

She has worked with a number of companies in the technology, coaching, and wellness industries to find product-market fit, resulting in market ready products, and revenue generating start-ups with the organizational foundation to scale and disrupt markets.

Bita holds an MBA from MIT Sloan with a focus on entrepreneurship and enterprise management.
