At AID, we have a role to play in contributing to help achieve these goals of a more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable world. We help through providing Institutional Support, Technical Assistance, Field Studies and Monitoring & Evaluation services.

Institutional Support

AID provides support to government institutions, National and International Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Technical Support Organizations (TSOs), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) to help achieve their mission of contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Services range from assessments to solutions. This includes:

Technical Assistance

AID has a network of experts with deep knowledge, rich experience and a high level of technical skills in working toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Field Studies, Monitoring & Evaluation

With a holistic approach, AID studies and program evaluations help organizations structure their activities and better understand their targets by decoding, through evidence, the motives and key determinants of target population behavior. In the range of studies carried out, AID performs operational research to develop pilot projects from which prototypes are made and evaluated before scaling. The focus is on measurable and qualitative dimensions in relation to the key behaviors of the target groups and the objectives of the projects.

Situational Analysis

As part of brand development, product launching or project start-up, AID offers expertise in evaluating different market segments and structuring the ecosystem of key stakeholders.

Feasibility and Feasibility Studies

These are done upstream of projects to determine whether their objectives are realistic and achievable from a political, socio-economic, logistic, financial and human point of view.

Total Market Approach

Examines the strength and maturity of the market and helps to better understand its segments and key players. Focus is placed on the needs, performance and structure of the market, and the perception of the target.
